No final exams may be given
prior to the scheduled exam day. Missed
exams must be taken and Z codes must be converted to the appropriate letter
grade no later than four weeks following the administration of the exam, except
under unusual circumstances approved by the principal or his/her designee. In any case, the exams must be taken and
processed in time to be used in determining academic eligibility for fall
extra-curricular activities.
Students will need to call
the front office to make an appointment for the administration of their missed
final exams.
